Hello there to all our blog viewers, releasing today on our Startup Theatre is a Digital Voting Platform startup based out of Mumbai. Right2Vote Infotech Pvt Ltd, born out of the idea of Mr. Neeraj Gutgutia, aims to make all elections including government online in order to save the time and money of voters.
Story behind the Idea of the Startup?
During 2014 parliamentary elections, Mr. Neeraj was supporting a political party and asked his friends and relatives to go out and vote. He observed that many were keen to vote but were not able to do so due to the problem of geographical location . He was also irritated with the amount of government money and time wasted in the process. He believed strongly that going online is a better way to conduct elections and thus started Right2Vote with some of his friends and relatives.
Product/Service provided by the Startup?
Right2Vote is the world's first MOBILE VERIFIED VOTING Platform which aims to move all kind of elections including government elections online so that people do not have to travel to booth for voting. People who are not in their hometown can easily vote from anywhere on their mobile. The Application is linked with Aadhaar for verification. This saves cost, time and effort by 90%.
